How to Neutralize Pet Odors in Your Home

If you own pets, you need to make a special effort to make sure your home smells good. They may be cute and cuddly, put sometimes they make your home smell less than fresh. Use the tips in this blog post to keep your home smelling fresh as a daisy.

  • Air out your home every day. Pop open your windows in the morning to let in fresh air and keep the foul odors out.
  • Put baking soda in the kitty litter box every time you change it. Baking soda naturally absorbs odors and therefore your litter box won't smell as bad.
  • Light incense as often as you can. Not only does incense smell good, it absorbs odors as well.
  • Use vinegar as an air freshener. Simply pour a cup of vinegar in a spray bottle and spray it in every room the same way you would with a bottle of commercial air deodorizer.
